Sennheiser announces relaunch of Contact Centre & Office Headsets website to enable smoother experience for customers
Marlow, United Kingdom, 3rd Dec 2014 – Sennheiser, a global leader in headsets and Unified Communications, has announced that its Contact Centre & Office Headsets (CC&O) Division has re-launched its new web pages on Sennheiser.co.uk.
Designed to provide more intuitive navigation, a consistent look and feel and easy access to all content across Sennheiser’s range, its CC&O customers get a premium experience of the Sennheiser brand.
The most important role of the new design is to allow customers an easier route to experience Sennheiser for themselves. The heart of its CC&O value proposition, “Experience Sennheiser” is a call to action and an opportunity to make it as attractive and as easy as possible for customers to book a trial to experience Sennheiser Premium Sound for themselves – the best selling tool available.
As such, simple navigation is now at the forefront of the new site to help customers find precisely what they need as quickly as possible, and to move them into a buying position where they want to try one of the products first hand.
Five key navigation areas have been created to take customers directly to their destination: PRODUCTS, UNIFIED COMMUNICATIONS, HOW TO CHOOSE, DEALERS & PARTNERS, and TRY OUR HEADSETS.
Over the next few months, the Sennheiser Communications Marketing team will be closely monitoring how customers interact with the new site, making improvements where necessary to ensure the user experience is better than ever and that content and usability is second to none. It is also inviting feedback from all customers.
