The PR Room celebrates Sennheiser success with double award win to round off a successful 2015
Hampshire, United Kingdom, 30th November 2105, – UK-based PR company The PR Room is celebrating a double success after its client Sennheiser, a leading provider of premium headsets and speakerphone solutions, was awarded Mobile Devices Vendor of the Year at the CRN awards and Best End Point or Device at Comms National awards for 2015.
Sennheiser was credited at both awards for its outstanding channel programme, designed to offer resellers the very best support and materials. A new dedicated corporate accounts team, who generated around 70% of its business and passed this back to resellers in the form of “hot leads” was a key differentiator. So too was its class-leading portal “The Blue Space”, a comprehensive resource that provides distributors and resellers with a wide range of sales and marketing materials and support. This allowed it to post impressive market growth that significantly exceeded the industry average.
Sennheiser’s high profile successes in 2015 included helping one of its resellers, Vodafone, secure a large contract with The Environment Agency. This resulted in the purchase of a large quantity of Sennheiser units including premium headsets and Speakerphones for use with its office-based and mobile workforce.
Sennheiser was also credited for its PRESENCE™ Bluetooth headset, which won Best End Point or Device at the Comms National awards – a device created as a direct response to the high demand for flexibility in the workplace and identification of Unified Communications as a key market driver.
